Responsibilities
Coordinate with buyers, vendors, factories, and internal teams
Follow up on sampling, approvals, costing, order confirmation, and production status
Ensure T&A (Time and Action) calendar is maintained properly
Track order execution and maintain smooth production flow
Monitor fabric, trims, fit samples, PP samples, and shipment timelines
Coordinate with quality, sourcing, and production teams for on-time delivery
Prepare and maintain order sheets, inspection reports, and merchandising documents
Ensure buyer requirements are met in terms of quality, price, and delivery
Handle the complete merchandising process from product development (PD) to final production
Education
- Graduation or MBA or Equivalent
Skills
- Should have Good Knowledge Computer, Outlook, Excel, Internet
- Good English
- Self Motivated
