Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with customers.

• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Offering exceptional customer service to customers.
• Taking feedback from customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service.
• Ensuring that orders are executed smoothly and timely.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production and purchase team to full file the orders timely.
• Provide support to customers with timely reply’s and provide required information/ Documents.
• Dealing with people of different backgrounds and temperaments.
• Solving customer issues and complaints.
• Maintaining good relationships with customers.
