Field Person, Field Boy : Panipat Job

Details:

An Export House requires a Field Person to handle outdoor office work, document collection and submission, courier handling, bank visits, transport coordination, and communication with vendors, buyers, and government offices. The candidate should be honest, punctual, and familiar with Panipat city routes.

Responsibilities:

• Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other banking work.
• Collect and deliver documents, samples, and parcels.
• Coordinate with transporters, courier companies, and vendors.
• Visit government offices whenever required.
• Purchase office materials and urgent items.
• Deliver and collect documents from customers and suppliers.
• Track courier deliveries and dispatches.
• Assist office staff in field-related tasks.
• Maintain records of field visits and expenses.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned outdoor work

Education:

• 10th Pass / 12th Pass
• Graduation preferred but not mandatory.

Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of Panipat city routes.
• Ability to use Google Maps.
• Basic mobile phone and WhatsApp knowledge.
• Time management.
• Honest and responsible.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in field work, office assistant, delivery, or similar profile.
• Freshers can also apply
